    Direct Vapor has the worst customer service I have ever spoken with. All these qualities that you have listed sound fantastic, but are not carried out by the company. Both their reviews on the Better Business Bureau and Facebook refute these claims, explaining how Direct Vapor truly regards their customers. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email with a copy of my invoice. Weeks later I was checking the mail every day and decided to call and ask when I would receive my product. They told me my order was actually incomplete from the beginning, even though they had already taken my money, and that my order could not be sent until I turned in an age verification. I am in favor of age verification, but if they did not know I was old enough to purchase the product yet, how could they legally take my money? And they never told me about this age verification, they were just keeping my money and not giving me anything- no product, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. My friend that is younger than I am ordered exactly the same thing a week before and did not have to complete an age verification of any kind (it was also his first experience with this company), he received his product about a week later. The company continued to say that it was my fault they did not send my product for not verifying my age, even though I had already purchased the items. Then, they informed me that even if I did the age verification today, the items I have already purchased are no longer in stock. So they took my money without verifying my age, never told me they needed the verification, then sold the products I already bought to someone else. When I called, the representatives were very unconcerned with my satisfaction and not at all worried about losing my sale. These people obviously don’t care at all about the people they cater to. If something goes wrong with your order, they will do everything in their power to avoid taking any portion of responsibility over the situation. Do yourself a huge favor, and order somewhere else.

    This company does not care about customer service or shipping out the correct product. With a home site in Florida and customer service based out of South Carolina they have a lot to be desired for. This third party customer service group that is paid to be the middle man couldn’t care less wether they help you or not. This customer service group also manages I had a terrible experience with direct vapor and their contracted customer service group. I ordered coils and received batteries and when I contacted the “Customer No Service Group” they told me to send them a picture of the batteries proving their mistake. I was then informed that the item i ordered was no longer available. I said I want a full refund plus the $7.95 shipping since they shipped me the wrong stuff. They told me shipping would NOT be refunded and I was like WTF are you serious? They then said I would have to ship the batteries back in order to receive any refund even though what i ordered coast $20 more than the batteries. After several phone calls with multiple representatives I had to wait in anticipation for an email to confirm I was able to get the $20 back (They said they haven’t received the email from me proving I had batteries instead of coils due to answering phone calls) I was told that once they confirmed my email that I would “possibly” be credited back if approved. So a few hours later I got my email stating I would receive my $20. I know some people might say I would have sent it all back. But at this point I just wanted to be done with the whole situtation.

    If you live in a free country do as you wish. But if I were you I’d stay the hell away from

    Terrible service and product delivery. 3rd time now that I have placed an order and then never received it. They don’t contact you to let you know they are back ordered or the product is no longer available. They also give you the run around on giving refunds for the orders hey cannot fulfill. Will NEVER shop here again!!!

    Do not buy from this company, every review you are seeing here about
    being stuck in processing limbo hell here is beyond what you expect.
    They will bill you, they will send a statement to the shipping company
    that you chose that a product is on the way, and then they will send
    nothing. HOWEVER what they WILL do is tell you to call back and forth to
    the shipper and ask if it is there and insist it has left their
    warehouse for weeks when it HAS NOT. They do this so they can take
    money from your bank account, hold it and send you nothing while
    claiming your item is on the way and you CAN’T cancel the order because
    they don’t have it. Except they do, they have sent nothing at all. They
    have only created a label at the shipper which can sit forever. They
    claim to be a U.S. company but a quick search online reveals in the V.P.

    negotiated a 60 day warranty period, with the manufacturers to offer our
    customers, on manufacturing defects. We do not offer a trial or a
    return if the customer does not like the product. This is explained in
    the customer service tab The reason we do not pay for the customer to
    return an item is that we need to ensure the item is indeed defective.
    If the item is defective we credit the cost the customer paid to return
    the item and pay to ship a new replacement. In the event the item is
    found to be not defective, we return the item and we pay to return it.
    Our testing department did not find any defects and we paid to have it
    returned to you. Once you receive the item, if you are still having
    issues getting the item to turn on, we will be happy to assist via phone
    or a video Skype Call.

    So they are waiting to get their products from China to ship from
    Florida. This is why it takes so long, this is why they break so fast. I
    am still in this limbo from an order. They have a 50% negative rating
    with the BBB. That is where you can find the response I pasted above.
    This was supposed to be a simple, basic order and it has turned into a
    ridiculous, weeks long wait and unprofessional mess of a customer
    experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through. I will be sharing
    this with everyone I know if they do not rectify this situation

I am currently vaping on my Alien kit which arrived 4 days after I placed my order, and that’s using the free shipping option.     I’ve been shopping with DirectVapor for about 1 year. Thus far I’ve received my orders fairly quickly and when issues arose, reaching out to customer service was not much of a hassle. I love directvapor’s mod and rda selection, always keeping it fresh. A few months ago my order was late and I received an email saying that it would arrive soon and shit, it did. I try not to behave so entitled about my online purchases but if I pay for quick shipping I better get it quick and with this company it’s consistent.

    I can’t believe some of the reviews I’m seeing!! For months now Direct Vapor has been my go to shop for all things vapor related. My orders arrived in a timely fashion. On a few occasions even earlier than expected! I only needed customer service once due to my mistake with an order. They were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Also not to mention but the prices are AMAZING compared to many of the other vapor stores. I will admit in the begging I was a little skeptical but the quality is no different compared to the more expensive ones sold. I also absolutely loved the free shipping option.     Believe the negative reviews. I too have received good service from them in the past. Not with this last order. It’s been since February 11 I submitted an order. It is now march 4th and I’m still waiting. The guy said it hadn’t even left the warehouse. That was a week ago I called. I got an email saying 5 days ago it was going to be shipped. Still waiting.
    They had no problem taking my money but I still have no product.
    Good luck with this. Their customer service is really lacking. And here I sit with no coils.
